ANTICONDENSATION FINNED RESISTORS

The Anticondensation Finned electric resistors are suitable for all applications where the humidity formation present in the environment must be reduced or eliminated, in order to grant the various electric equipment proper functioning.

- Food warmers, frost-proof units, defrosting unit, etc.
In all these cases and in many others, the anticondensation finned resistors are fundamental to keep constant the environmental temperature, eliminating or minimizing possible condensation phenomena due to environmental thermal changes.
Their Watt power is so low to render them totally safe against surface overheating; furthermore, since it is connected to a thermoregulator, it is possible to set any surface temperature.
This type of anticondensation electric heaters, being generally designed to reach low surface temperatures, are suitable for installation in any type of cabinets and electric panels. In any case, they can be manufactured in various models and power ranges, based on the specific application requested.
INSTALLATION TYPOLOGY
STANDARD FINISHING
Nella versione standard, il riscaldatore alettato anti-condensa viene corredato di:
- n. 1 termoregolatore meccanico ad espansione di liquido (scala 0-90°C)
- n. 1 morsetto di trasferimento a 3 ingressi in polietilene + cavi in rame isolati in gomma siliconica (sez. 1,5 mm²) già cablati.
UPON REQUEST
Alternatively, it is possible to equip the heater with:
No. 1 fixed calibration 107°C thermoregulator with self-reset or variable calibration thermoregulators (scale 90-110°C) with manual reset. Both of them are mechanical expansion devices.
Heaters with different wirings and thermostat will be manufactured only upon request and for larger quantities.
On the side, there is an example of standard type air finned heater, including mechanical liquid expansion thermostat (adjustable) enclosed in a die-casted ANTICORODAL aluminium housing, electric connection terminal block and copper cables insulated by PVC (upon request), protection degree Ip42 (alternatively, IP55 upon request) on electrical contacts.
Upon request, the structure can be entirely wired and it is 100% airtight (in the optional versions), allowing to use these anticondensation heaters, also in particularly demanding operating conditions. These can also be equipped with thermoregulators or safety-limiting devices, to prevent any potential sudden temperature drop.
Anticondensation Electric Resistors with explosion-proof ATEX head
The Anticondensation Finned electric resistors can be manufactured also in explosion-proof version, with ATEX certified connections head, for applications in explosive environment.
These products are suitable for operation in all applications where the humidity formation present in the environment must be reduced or eliminated, in order to grant the various equipments proper functioning , and on the other side allowing the heater to function in dangerous environments, granting the perfect sealing of the IP65 connections HEAD in ATEX version
Our anticondensation heaters are suitable for functioning inside electric panels, electric panels cabinets, containers, control panels and instrument housings. The condensation removal and/or environment heating by these heaters are obtained with fairly low nominal powers from 100 to 4000 W, despite special alternative versions can be carried out with higher powers installed, based on the overall dimension and on the spaces available for the installation. The standard IP65 explosion-proof version is carried out according to ATEX standard, Ex-d, Zone 1 and 2 – II2G/D, with the surface temperature specifically thermoregulated by safety and/or control thermostats.
In general, this heaters typology is manufactured with high quality materials like stainless steel AISI-316 and Incoloy 800 (elements) and made of Galvanized Steel FeZn or of Stainless Steel AISI-304/316 (only the grid-frame structure containing the elements) while the electric contacts protection head IP65 is made of Aluminium for the mist eliminators in ATEX version, with only one supply inlet, or made of Steel or Aluminium for those equipped with two supply inlets head.
