Ceramic flat electric resistors
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:
The Ceramic flat electric resistors, due to their multiple uses, are made of different materials for the external sheath, and with a type of internal insulator, making them suitable for all contact heating applications, for higher operating temperatures, in order to be able to manufacture heaters with various combinations of external sheath and internal insulation.
These combinations allow the heater to express its potentials at the best, based on its application and temperatures required. The raw materials quality used, the experience they are assembled with and the details care, make it absolutely efficient.

- The band or flat resistor application methods are based on the type of support enclosing it and temperature to withstand.
- This heater typical applications are:
- Storage drums, pipes, hot water boilers
- Sterilizers, confectionery industry machines, wood-working machines, wrapping and packaging machines, textile industry machines
- Buttons moulds and rubber processing moulds.

The various operating temperatures require different combinations between type of external sheath and internal insulation, among the ones listed here below:

The above indicated combinations are those commonly used in different applications, at the specific temperatures for each type.
A heater improper use compared to the initial product design relieves the manufacturer from any liability.
