GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:

Flanged electric heaters are made for a variety of industrial applications in static air or gas heating or in forced circulation.

TECHNICAL DATA

This type of electric heaters consists of a tube bundle formed by various electric heating elements of various diameters, normally bent U or eyelets, perpendicular to the outlet of the electrical contacts or bent at 90 degrees. Each element is welded to TIG or silver alloy welded on unified DIN or ANSI flanges or on flange unity joints of variable size depending on working pressure and working temperature.

The part of the electrical wiring is housed inside standard steel or stainless steel enclosures or guards with IP55 / IP56 / IP65 / IP67 protection rating or internally with explosion-proof explosion-proof headlamps (see section “Heaters on ATEX flange “).

Equipped with efficient thermoregulators (thermostats with adjustable temperature range, automatic or manual reset, or alternatively, skin safety thermostats with cutout, PT100 thermocouples and / or thermocouples “J” or “K “), suitable for protecting the heater from overheating and any premature damage. On the board of the electrical wiring, according to the specific needs of the customer, the power inputs (NPT or GAS) are also sized according to the number of installed elements, the power and the hollow which determines the cable section .

The surface load (W / cm2) of these types of electrical resistors is appropriately determined, from time to time, depending on the conditions of use and type of fluid to be heated; In addition to these factors, the maximum working temperature and working environment are also variable which directly influences the choice of the type of sheath material with which to construct the tube bundle of these heaters (Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel AISI304, AISI309 , AISI 321, AISI 316L, Incoloy800-825, Inconel 600 or Titanium).
