Operating within a specific market niche and a unique competitive landscape — comprising large groups on one side and medium-sized/artisan systems on the other — TRE “C” intends to make the best use of its Quality Management System (QMS) as a core management tool.
The corporate objectives are aimed at:
Improving market positioning;
Increasing the share of turnover related to foreign markets;
Ensuring the organizational structure can easily adapt to market demands;
Providing Customers with an optimal product/service that meets all contractual requirements and standards;
Achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty;
Operating in a rewarding work environment for both staff and third parties, in compliance with workplace safety regulations, while striving to adopt low environmental impact solutions;
Maintaining and improving resources (training, machinery, etc.);
Economic improvement;
Maintenance of the applicable Standard;
Maintenance of UL/CSA product certification;
Recognizing the importance of environmental issues and climate change, while noting that the impact of climate change on business operations is currently limited, as the company does not operate in a geographic area prone to extreme weather events and production processes do not depend on particularly vulnerable environmental factors.
To achieve these objectives, TRE “C” provides the following resources and methods:
Adequate and efficiently maintained human, financial, and material resources;
Analysis of the TRE “C” organization using: a) a process approach, b) the PDCA cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act) with an emphasis on Leadership, c) risk and opportunity assessment;
Analysis of internal and external context;
A Quality Management System overseen by the Quality Management System Lead, appointed by General Management;
Equipment and instrumentation suitable for verifying contractual requirements;
Optimal education and training activities for all personnel;
Maintenance and improvement of the IT system as a fundamental tool for information management within the organization;
Maintenance and improvement of the corporate website as a key vehicle for reaching new potential customers;
Dedicated resources for maintaining UL/CSA product certification;
Compliance with workplace health and safety regulations;
Implementation of appropriate Audits;
Implementation of actions necessary for the continual improvement of the Quality Management System and the TRE “C” organization;
Periodic monitoring of environmental context evolution, considering any regulatory developments or stakeholder requests regarding climate issues, with a view toward continuous improvement and social responsibility.
Our entire Quality Management System must be maintained and improved with reference to this policy.
